Internet Marketing and SEO examples
There are many ways to market your website online. I have implemented and or thoroughly studied every form of online marketing that exists to date, including but not limited to Search Engine Marketing(SEM), Email Marketing, Social Network Marketing, and Viral Marketing. In my experience, SEM is by far the most vital part of any online advertising campaign. People normally use search engines to find what they are looking for online.
If someone is searching for products and or services that your business sells, you want them to find your website listed on the first page of the search results. This type of website visitor is more likely to buy from you than any other. There are two ways to get your site listed on the first page of the search engine results. There is the PPC(Pay Per Click) method or the SEO(Search Engine Optimization) method.
With the PPC method, you pay the search engine to put an advertisement link on the first page of search results, which can be very costly and does not suit the average small to medium sized brick and mortar business. The SEO method is the act of applying technical and promotional techniques to a website to make it the best it can be for internet users and the search engines. When a search engine deems a website to be more important and user friendly, they list it on the first page of the search results for free.
